Top Secret: Community Helpers and a FREEBIE!

Hi, friends!  We've been working on drawing conclusions... a lot.  We've also been working on communities quite a bit.  In an attempt to kill two birds with one stone, my new packet "Community Helpers: Drawing Conclusions... Detective Style" was born.  Let's just say... inspiration sometimes comes from unexpected places...because when I received a stack of fun folders from a room mother... I was over the moon excited about the possibilities!  I am even more excited to share it with you! :)    Especially since I'm offering it for 20% off through Tuesday, November 13th!

I didn't feel like drawing, so I printed out clip art instead.  :)  The pictures are not included in the file.  Students draw instead.

While we're on the topic of community helpers, I also whipped up an ABC Order center that focuses on community helpers as a theme.  It's available for FREE in my little shop... because I like you... I really REALLY like you!  You can snag it HERE!

I was hoping to have another project finished for this upcoming week, but I'll have to fit it in next week instead.  I am so excited to share it with you too... once I try it out on my own kiddos... of course!  You can never practice inferring enough!!! {Spoiler alert!}  Of course, this weekend, I had to finish up a PowerPoint presentation for grad school.  Wednesday is my last class... ever... and we have a big presentation to give on the connections between reading and writing!  Hello light-at-the-end-of-the-tunnel. :) I may be doing a happy dance as I type! I can't wait to have more time to work on projects for my classroom instead of projects for grad school! Have a great week, friends! If you get a chance to see the new James Bond movie... do it.  Hubs and I went over the weekend, and it was fabulous!  I always LOVE date nights with Mr. Wonderful.  Life is grand... ;)
