One of my TpT followers requested a tall tales unit, so after a lot of brain work and after writing an original ten-page tall tale, I'm finally adding the 25 pager to my store. The tall tale plays on the concept of telling "fish stories" to help activate schema in a kid-friendly way and learn about the structure of tall tales before you tackle the more sophisticated traditional tales! HERE! I'd be happy to fill more requests. Feel free to email me! Don't forget to scroll to the bottom for your freebie!
Ooohhh! Love it! I just finished a Tall Tale unit and this would have been fabulous. I just bought a ton of great things from your tPt store on Thursday so I'll have to wait awhile to purchase this but it is on my wishlist! Great work and thanks for the freebie.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! I have just purchased your poetry, mystery, fiction file and am about to get this tall tale unit. I love it...what an inspiration you are! P.S. Do you have any ideas for a plant unit? :)
ReplyDeleteJen, ironically, that's next on my list. We start our Populations unit after I come back from spring break in a week! We work with plants and critters, so I'm sure I'll be adding something within the next week or two! :) I have to sit down and hammer out where I want to go with it and what I want to add to my existing unit! Thanks for your kind words! :)
ReplyDeleteI love your work too and can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve for a plant unit!
