Meet K-Fed and Loralei!

I decided to link up with Ladybug's Pet Linky Party since my dogs are basically my kids.  It's hard to believe that it's been a year since my fur babies looked like this!  NOT ANYMORE!

This is K-Fed.  He is an Entlebucher Mountain Dog.  To be honest, he is the biggest baby in the world, but if you decide to buy an Entle, be forewarned.  They fear change, strangers, and being alone.  He has an anxiety disorder, and he freaks out any time we're not around.  We've had to deal with quite a bit of destruction to our flooring, furniture, and even our garage.  In fact, both of the two flooring surfaces in the first two pictures have been replaced.  His saving grace is his personality.  He is so sweet and loving.  He is also highly energetic, intelligent and fun!  K-Fed competes in his first agility competition next weekend, so I'll be cheering him on like a proud mommy!  We couldn't resist making him dress up as himself for Halloween... as you'll see below.

This golden girl is Loralei.  She is my little princess!  She is so easy-going and independent.  She's also a big cuddle bug.  The key word in that sentence is BIG.  I have no idea when she'll stop growing, but as of right now, I have a 70 lb. lap dog.  :)  You know, as a woman, I really wanted a girly dog.   I wanted to brush her hair and buy her cute collars.  I wanted her to be delicate... and she turned out to be disgusting.  If there is a mud puddle in a 100-yard radius, she will go out of her way to go through it.  I could literally bathe her every single day.  Despite her foul habits, she is everything I ever wanted in a dog!  :)  I especially love that we're both Strawberry Blondes!

In totally unrelated news, I posted a new unit to TpT today.  You can check out Wax Museum Biographies HERE!   Click on the preview in my store to see a wide assortment of pages from this 152 pager!  Here's a sneak peek!

  1. Totally LOVE your dogs. I love pics of sleeping babies and sleeping dogs- they are so innocent looking right then.
Completely unrelated- how do you get the Scrapin'Doodles button on your blog? Do I have to be a reseller of theirs to add that to my blog?
    Thanks, Shelly
