Coaching Sheet for Partner Reading

I stumbled upon a blog earlier this week, and I saved a picture of a coaching sheet to my desktop.  I usually save the source along with a picture or document, but this time, I didn't.  Grad school, doctors appointments, and report cards kept my head spinning all week.  As a result, I have no idea where this idea came from.  So, take note.  This was not my original idea!  I adapted it, and I created a document to use with my own kiddos.  I'm plan on trimming the page up a bit, but I think it's super cute! Feel free to use it in your own classroom!
